COMMUNIQUE... 1995 Thankgiving
European leaders are expressing an urgent need to be equipped to offer pastoral care to the rapidly growing body of Christ. Many new converts are burdened with residual emotional hurts and destructive habits. Pastors and spiritual leaders are overextended attempting to keep up with the demands of ministry.
Doors are open to the Gordon's to offer Pastoral Care Seminars. With their experience and qualifications, John and Margaret Anne are team teaching and equipping pastors and their own families providing preventative strategies for healthy individuals, couples and families in their churches; as well as offering practical assistance to the emotional hurting.
John holds a BA degree from Bethany College in Pastoral Theology, an MA from Santa Clara University in Counseling, and is presently in a doctoral program in education (Ed.D) in the School of Intercultural Studies at Biola University. He has a background of twenty-eight years in pastoral ministry in the U.S.A. and Europe.
Margaret Anne completed the three-year Institute of Pastoral Counseling at Emerge, Akron, Ohio, and holds an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
The past thirteen years they served at Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels, Belgium as Campus Pastor and as faculty and Field Representatives. They are the parents of four adult children and two grandchildren.
